Do you ship outside India?

Yes, we deliver worldwide, subject to feasibility.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free within India. For shipments outside India, refer to the shipping charges below:

Order value below INR 25000: flat rate shipping of INR 2500 will be charged
Order value above INR 25000: free shipping

Are there any duties and taxes?

For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of Indian taxes and VAT.

For customers outside India, duties are not included in the price. Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, custom fees, or local taxes. Chillosophy will not reimburse these expenses. It is necessary to pay these in order to release your order from customs.

How do I know my order has been placed?

Upon placing your order, you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. You will also receive an email confirmation from us. In case there are any issues with processing your order, you will be notified with an email. If you do not receive a notification and payment has been deducted from your account, please contact us immediately at info@chillosophy.in

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number/ AWB through an email. You will be able to view track your order directly on the website of the courier service delivering your order.

When will I receive my order?

The estimated delivery time of each product is mentioned on product page. Please take note of the dates given before you proceed to checkout. Most garments will be shipped within 2-4 weeks of receiving the order.

Orders within India should reach the customer within 3-4 days after the date of dispatch. Orders outside India should reach the customer within 4-6 days after the date of dispatch.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

If there is an error in the shipping address you specified at the time of checkout, please email us at info@chillosophy.in We are unable to change a shipping address or redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Are my items insured?

Yes, all our products are insured from the time they leave Chillosophy to the time they reach your delivery address. Once a package has been signed for at the delivery address, it is no longer insured. If a product is damaged upon arrival, either refuse to accept it or notify us via email within 24 hours of receipt.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
How do I return the product/s?

In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact/email at “info@chillosophy.in” within 48 Hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you.

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange ONLY if it meets the following conditions:

An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

Order number
Delivery address
Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item
Our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects, after that our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary action.

The product must be received within 10 days from the date of advice by Customer Service Department. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

How do I exchange the product/s?

To process an exchange, simply mail us on info@chillosophy.in. Exchange will be possible only on subject to availability in size. Customised orders will not be acceptable for an exchange

When will my exchanged item be shipped?

Once we receive the package back from you, we ensure the delivery of the exchanged product in 6 to 7 working days.

If I buy items on sale and wish to return, do I get a refund?
All items on sale are non-returnable but can be exchanged for a different size in the same style only with subject to availability in sizes, chances are you won’t have to return the garment.

CUSTOMISED ITEMS

We are more than happy to make your dress according to your measurements. However, a customised item cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective. We can make alterations to get you that perfect fit, but these alteration request can be taken up only once for the same piece.

CANCELLATION
Can I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at info@chillosophy.in

As part of usual business practice, Chillosophy reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the entire amount back to you, if order has not been approved / processed by Chillosophy.

Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address

We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
